Ingredients:
1 lb Thawed Shrimp (Raw or Pre-Cooked)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Garlic Pepper

Directions:
Make sure your shrimp is completely thawed out, if not leave in fridge for at least 24 hours or let sit in bowl of cold water untill thawed out. Peel your shrimp (if not already) but leave the tails on. Pat dry shrimp with paper towels. Drizzle with oil and toss. Then toss in the garlic pepper and mix till evenly coated.
You can then put them into a skillet or airfryer, make sure none are overlapping or they will not cook evenly. Cook on medium heat in skillet or 350 degrees in airfryer. If working with precooked shrimp, they only need to cook 3-4 minutes (total in airfryer, 2 minutes per side in skillet). If working with raw shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink (roughly 8-10 minutes in airfryer, and 4-5 minutes per side in skillet). Remember the size of the shrimp will cause the cook times to vary so keep a close eye on it as to not over cook.
Serve alone, with cocktail sauce, and/or over rice.
