EAsy Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients: 
4 shredded, fully cooked, chicken breasts 
1 tsp Minced Garlic 
1/2 tsp Minced Ginger
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions: 
Over med-high heat in a medium pan heat the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Then add the soy sauce, water, and brown sugar. Stir together and bring to a simmer. 
Next add in your shredded chicken and stir together. Bring the sauce back to a simmer and then cover. Turn the heat down to low and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so nothing burns. 
​Serve hot over your choice of rice.
