EAsy Crockpot potato soup

Ingredients:
1 (30oz) bag Frozen Southern Hash Browns 
1 (10oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Veggie Pepper 
8oz Softened Cream Cheese

Directions:
Put everything except cream cheese into crockpot, do not thaw hash browns. Cook on low for 6 hours. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and add into soup. Stir in until cream cheese melts. Serve alone or with chives, bacon, and cheese on top!
