Creamy Pesto Chicken

Ingredients: 
​4 Chicken Breasts 
7 oz store bought or homemade Basil Pesto
4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
12 oz bag of thawed Frozen Spinach *optional
​1 tbsp Italian Seasoning 
8 oz ball of Fresh Mozzarella

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease casserole dish and then place chicken breasts in pan. 
In a food processor; mix pesto, cream cheese, thawed spinach, and Italian Seasoning. (A blender would work if you do not have a food processor.) 
Then pour mixture over chicken.
Now slice the ball of mozzarella into slices and put on top of the pesto covered chicken.
Bake for 35 minutes and serve.
