Put everything into a crock pot but put the whole block of cream cheese on top of the chicken so it does not burn on the side of the crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
When done, pull the chicken out and shred it. Then put it back into the chili and stir.
Serve hot and top with more cheese, sour cream, and chives!
