Cheesy Brussels Sprouts With Bacon
Dice up raw bacon and throw it in a hot pan until crispy. Set bacon aside and dispose of grease.
Melt butter and saute garlic and onion in pan over medium high heat. Add sprouts and saute in butter. Add broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 4 minutes.
Add cream cheese and stir until melty. Add cheeses and seasonings and stir until well mixed and melted.
Stir in bacon and serve hot.
