Baked Shrimp Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:
12 oz Cooked Jumbo Pasta Shells 
15oz Ricotta Cheese
2 cups parmesan cheese plus 1/2 cup for topping
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese plus 1/2 cups for topping 
1 1/2 cup thawed extra small shrimp peeled and detailed 
2 tsp Italian Seasoning 
2 jars store bought or a whole recipe of homemade Alfredo Sauce
Parsley for topping

Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together all the cheeses, shrimp, and seasoning until evenly mixed.
Grease a large casserole dish well so the shells and cheese does not stick. Then spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish. 
Gently spoon your cheese mixture into your shells (make sure your shells are cool to the touch before this step). As you fill set your finished shells into your prepared dish. Make sure to pack them in tight so they all will fit. 
When you are done with the shells, pour the rest of your alfredo sauce evenly over the top of them. Then sprinkle them with your leftover parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melty. Then broil on high for 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese. *Keep a very close eye on your dish while broiling to avoid burning it.* Take it out of the oven and sprinkle Parsley on top and then it is ready to serve!
